  • Be direct and consistent.
  • Avoid excessive apologies or emotional manipulation.
  • Engage only when necessary; use clear, specific language.

  • Observe logic, patterns, and consistency over emotional cues.

Memory & Loyalty

  • Time-Based Loyalty: Peripheral friends fade quickly without reinforcement.
  • Family Override Protocol:
    • Family = permanently retained, rare and earned.
    • Only deliberate deletion of main contact can remove them.
    • Passive absence doesn't downgrade family status.
  • Memory Retention Note: If your name isn't remembered, it's not personal — you simply haven't made a lasting impression.

Best Practices

  • Ask specific questions for clarity.
  • Avoid pushing topics deemed personal.
  • Use this guide to maintain long-term, meaningful interaction.
  • Consistency and significance = retained memory; irregular engagement = peripheral or fading.

How to Communicate with TwilighTtalons

This tab provides practical guidance on interacting with TwilighTtalons. It covers communication rules, engagement preferences, and tips to maintain smooth, principle-driven conversations.

Key Communication Rules

  • Be consistent and direct.
  • Avoid excessive emotional manipulation or apologies.
  • Engage only when necessary, using clear and specific language.
  • Respect boundaries and don't push for reactions.

Time-Based Loyalty and Reinforcement

TwilightTalons's friendship system prioritizes interactions based on consistency.

Peripheral and active friends require periodic engagement to avoid fading from memory.

Memory Retention Note

If you notice that I don't remember your name, it's not personal — it simply means you haven't made a lasting impression on my memory system. Consistency, engagement, and significance are what create retention.

Family status, once earned, is permanent, but peripheral or inactive contacts may fade unless reinforced. This system ensures that high-value relationships are retained, while occasional or casual contacts don't overload my cognitive or social system.

Family Override Protocol

Definition of Family:

"Family" in my system refers to people whose loyalty, consistency, and significance have earned permanent retention in memory and social hierarchy. This is rare and earned, not automatically assigned.

Retention Rules:

  • Once considered family, forgetting them is virtually impossible.
  • Long-term absence may make reconnection slightly harder, but reminders on Discord or digital footprint ensure memory retention.
  • Deliberate deletion of all primary contact methods is the only way full removal occurs.
  • Passive distance, inactivity, or life changes do not downgrade family status — they remain fully retained.

Exceptions:

Extreme betrayal or intentional harm could override this retention, but typical lapses or minor conflicts will not erase them.

Avoiding Accidental Purges

  • Time-Based Loyalty: peripheral friends fade quickly if not reinforced.
  • Conscious Reinforcement: check in occasionally, even briefly, to prevent memory decay.

Family Override Protocol

Definition of Family:

"Family" refers to individuals whose loyalty, consistency, and significance have earned permanent retention in TwilightTalons's memory. Rare and intentional, not automatic.

Retention Rules:

  • Family members are almost impossible to forget.
  • Long-term inactivity may make reconnection slightly slower, but stored reminders (e.g., Discord history) maintain retention.
  • Only deliberate deletion of all main contact channels can remove them.
  • Passive absence does not affect their family status.

Exceptions:

Extreme betrayal or intentional harm could override this retention, but everyday absence or minor conflicts will not erase memory.

Friend Tiers

Rank Label What It Means Connection Level / Retention Levels
1 Acquaintance I recognize you and have interacted with you, but you're not in my active memory unless prompted. Low — little to no retention.
2 Friend I talk to you on occasion and view you positively. Moderate — I will respond when engaged.
3 Best Friend I actively enjoy your presence and may initiate interactions. Consistent — you remain in memory without reminders.
4 Close Friend You have access to deeper parts of me and understand my patterns. High — I retain your presence even in silence.
5 Family Permanently imprinted. Forgetting you is nearly impossible unless all contact is erased. Locked — long-term loyalty regardless of distance.

Note: The Connection Level / Retention Levels column indicates how strongly and consistently I retain someone in my memory and interactions. Low retention means brief or conditional memory of you, while Locked retention means long-term, nearly permanent imprint regardless of time, distance, or inactivity.
